Lough Erne Resort in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, invites applications for a General Manager to lead operations across accommodation, golf, spa, dining and events. Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in a five-star hotel or luxury resort with multiple revenue streams.
• Experience improving profitability through revenue growth and cost control.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience developing departmental leaders and building cohesive teams.
• Visible, approachable leadership style with strong guest focus.
• Experience working with ownership and management company reporting.
• Knowledge of employment, health and safety, licensing and hospitality regulations.

Responsabilités

• Direct all operations across accommodation, golf, spa, food & beverage, conferencing and banqueting.
• Translate objectives into departmental plans and align financial performance with five-star service standards.
• Oversee budgets, revenue growth, profitability and operating costs.
• Lead sales and marketing execution, revenue management and staffing; contribute to capital expenditure planning.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, property condition, health and safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop leaders, foster teamwork and provide succession planning.
