Job summary

Stafffinders is seeking a Resort and Lodge Services Manager in Aberdeenshire to oversee day-to-day accommodations and guest services within a luxury setting. This permanent role offers the chance to lead lounge, dining, bar, spa facilities and maintain five-star standards.

You will manage Guest Services, Housekeeping and F&B teams, develop operating procedures, train staff, handle check-ins and payments, and ensure health, safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment and be fluent in English.
• Experience using booking or reservation systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel set-up and presentation
• Lead Guest Services, Housekeeping and F&B teams
• Develop and maintain operating procedures
• Plan and deliver staff training
• Manage guest check-ins, payments and departures
• Maintain health, safety and emergency procedures
• Oversee suppliers, contractors, linen and amenities
• Manage housekeeping standards and public areas
• Support F&B operations, menus and stock
• Monitor departmental costs and commercial performance
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, treats and turndown services
• Maintain five-star guest service standards
