Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Reservations Agent on a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our London team. You will be one of the first points of contact for guests, handling bookings, amendments, and enquiries with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibility includes guiding guests through room options, hotel facilities and local attractions while driving revenue through upselling. The role requires strong English communication, Opera PMS familiarity, and a flexible shift

Qualifications

• Experience in Reservations, Front Office or Guest Services in a luxury hotel preferred.
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills.
• Professional telephone manner and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle room reservations, amendments, cancellations and guest enquiries accurately.
• Provide product knowledge on room types, facilities, dining and local attractions.
• Maintain guest profiles and reservation details in hotel systems.
• Upsell and maximise revenue opportunities through personalised recommendations.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Revenue, Sales and Guest Relations teams for seamless service.
