Responsibilities

• Answering the telephone per The Stafford's standards.
• Confirm reservations and enquiries per policy.
• Negotiate to maximise revenue while satisfying clients.
• Maintain relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records in Opera V5 for clients and agencies.
• Assist with Reception duties and Front Office procedures.
• Know tariffs, promotions, facilities and local activities.
