Job summary

The Red Carnation Hotel Collection is seeking a Reservations Agent based in London to deliver warm, personal service to guests from first contact through to booking confirmation. You’ll respond to calls and emails, guide guests on our luxury hotels and experiences, and ensure reservations are accurate and secure across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations, reception or customer service within hospitality.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems such as Opera Cloud, SynXis or similar.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and email enquiries and process reservations accurately.
• Guide guests with knowledge of hotels, restaurants, facilities, offers, rates and local experiences.
• Ensure bookings are secure and communicated with colleagues across hotels; participate in Forbes test calls with a targeted score.
