Qualifikationen

• Previous luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Aufgaben

• Manage all emails and administrative duties, responding to guest inquiries in line with the mission.
• Create guest itineraries within and outside London.
• Ensure arrival rooms are prepared per guest preferences.
• Liaise with hotel departments for regular guests and VIPs.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
