Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Waiter or Waitress to join Ten Trinity Square Private Members Club on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences across the Club, including the Members’ Dining Room and Bar.

You will build relationships with members, master menus and wine knowledge to provide polished service. The role offers a structured 40-hour week with strong development opportunities and benefits across Four Seasons

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end venues.
• Experience in private members club is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
• Knowledge of food, wine and beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and personalised food and beverage service throughout the Club
• Build meaningful relationships with members and provide tailored service based on their preferences
• Confidently take food and beverage orders while making knowledgeable recommendations
• Serve food and beverages to the highest standards of presentation and timing
• Develop strong knowledge of menus, wines, spirits, and Club offerings
• Prepare and maintain service stations to ensure smooth daily operations
• Anticipate member needs and respond with professionalism and discretion
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service across all Club spaces
• Maintain Four Seasons standards of service, professionalism, and hospitality at all times
