Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Waiter or Waitress to deliver exceptional dining experiences across lunch and dinner. You will build guest relationships, showcase menu knowledge, work closely with front of house and kitchen teams, and maintain a polished service standard.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour week, five shifts, and a generous benefits package, including staff meals, discounts, pension, and wellness days.

Qualifications

• Previous waiter experience in a quality-driven restaurant.
• Excellent communication and presentation.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in line with Four Seasons standards.
• Build genuine relationships with guests through warm, personalised interactions.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menus, wines, beverages, and seasonal specials.
• Take food and beverage orders confidently and accurately.
• Serve food and beverages to the highest standards of presentation and timing.
• Ensure your section is prepared and maintained throughout service.
• Work closely with front of house and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond professionally to requests.
