Lympstone Manor Ltd seeks a Pool House Restaurant Manager to lead the Food and Beverage team at our Relais & Châteaux property between Exeter and Exmouth. You will uphold brand standards, deliver exceptional guest service and manage rosters, budgets and payroll with pride.
