You will be fully responsible for commercial performance, operational excellence, and people management, ensuring the highest standards of luxury retail execution while upholding the Tom Ford brand values in an outlet environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Store Manager in Luxury Retail.
• Experience in outlet or premium retail environment.
• Excellent clienteling and CRM management skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales performance to exceed targets and KPIs.
• Oversee stock management, deliveries, replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Lead by example through active selling and client engagement.
• Develop and grow a local and international client portfolio via clienteling and CRM.
• Maximise conversion, ATV, units per transaction, and repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and luxury service.
