Job summary

The Savoy, part of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Night Manager to lead overnight front office operations. You will ensure safety, service excellence, and seamless handovers to the day team, while driving guest satisfaction and staff development.

You will oversee night‑shift performance, coordinate with other departments, and implement SOPs to maintain the Savoy’s five‑star standards. Knowledge of Opera is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent customer service and leadership abilities.
• Highly organised with independent work style.
• Ability to drive performance and foster continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all night shift operations and ensure cross‑department collaboration.
• Ensure health and safety and maintain emergency procedures overnight.
• Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction during night hours.
• Train and develop the night shift team with regular feedback.
• Oversee reporting, inventory, and incident records for the night.
• Identify upsell opportunities and optimise overnight revenue.
