Job summary

Montcalm Collection in London seeks a Night Manager to oversee all hotel operations during the night shift, delivering the highest standard of guest service, safety and discretion.

You will lead the night team, handle late arrivals and VIP queries, perform the nightly audit, and coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure readiness for the morning bustle. Fluency in English is essential and experience in luxury hotels is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in Front Office or Night Management within luxury hotels.
• Fluent English required; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the night shift to ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out during the night.
• Oversee late arrivals, departures and VIP guest care.
• Conduct the nightly audit and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain hotel safety and security and respond to emergencies.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for morning readiness.
