Job summary

Sodexo Ltd is seeking a Floor Manager for our premium members club at Fulham Pier in London. You will lead front-of-house operations, supervise a high-performing service team, and ensure personalised, luxury service during all interactions.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage events and peak periods, and a commitment to health, safety and immaculate presentation. You will collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless experiences for members.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing front-of-house operations in premium or members-only settings.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house operations to deliver personalised, high-end service.
• Lead, train and motivate the service team to maintain luxury standards.
• Monitor the club environment to ensure a welcoming, immaculate setting.
• Handle member requests, complaints and requirements with discretion and speed.
• Collaborate with Lighthouse Social Manager to implement service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen, events and bar teams for smooth service during regular hours and events.
