Job summary

Leisure People is seeking an outstanding Restaurant Manager to lead operations at a prestigious private members' club in Surrey. The role focuses on delivering exceptional dining experiences, managing a high-performing team and upholding luxury service standards.

You will oversee SOPs, guest relations, budgeting, compliance and cross-department collaboration, ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability in a premium environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high service standards in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent guest service and communication abilities.
• Sound knowledge of Health & Safety and allergen management.
• Experience with budget planning and cost control.
• Understanding licensing and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing restaurant team to deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Maintain SOPs and luxury service standards across all shifts.
• Manage guest enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Prepare staff rotas and monitor attendance for optimal staffing.
• Support budgeting and monitor performance against forecasts.
• Promote clear communication within the restaurant and with other departments.
• Ensure health, safety and food hygiene policies are followed at all times.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.
