Job summary

InterContinental London O2, part of the Arora Group, is seeking a proactive M&E Supervisor to lead event service teams and ensure exceptional guest experiences within a five-star setting.

You will coordinate Event Waiters, handle guest requests with professionalism, and collaborate across departments to deliver seamless events, from setup to execution, while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and guest service focus.
• Strong Supervisorial and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Event Waiters, providing support and assistance when necessary.
• Handle guest queries and resolve any requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Deal with last minute requests efficiently.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure function rooms are set up and well equipped for private and corporate events.
• Complete time sheets and ensure they are signed and correctly recorded.
