A leading company in the travel industry is seeking a Luxury Marketing Executive to join their in-house marketing team. This role focuses on creating engaging digital content and requires experience with email marketing and content management systems. You will drive marketing initiatives for luxury cruise products and collaborate with various teams to enhance the customer experience. An ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess excellent written communication skills, with a passion for travel being a plus.
This role is full-time (12-month FTC) and predominantly located at our Head Office at the Cruise Centre, Barlborough. We’re a friendly team, full of enthusiastic creative people who are passionate about the cruise and wider travel industry.
You’ll be joining our in-house marketing team, with a real focus on digital. You will be responsible for a wide range of activity supporting our luxury and river product offering, as well as working closely with our Cruise & Stay team. This will include;
You’ll need to work independently and be proactive in recognising new opportunities and routes to market as well as understand the different customer audiences we want to attract and the wide range of products we sell.

Experience in or a passion for travel would be a real asset, but we’ll provide training in cruise product as well as how to use our marketing and CRM systems and platforms, so it’s very important you’re keen to learn and develop new skills.
Hours are 9-5:30, Monday to Friday, salary DOE. 12-month fixed-term contract.
