Small in size but big in reputation, their brand is synonymous with excellence, storytelling, and life-changing travel experiences across Sub-Saharan Africa.

They’re now looking for a passionate and driven Senior Marketing Exec to take the reins of their marketing efforts – someone ready to step up, shape strategy, and play a pivotal role in growing a leading luxury safari brand.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a digital-savvy and creative marketing executive looking to move into management – with the exciting prospect of building a team and taking the brand to new heights.

Job Description:

You’ll be the marketing engine behind the brand – from shaping content and campaigns to optimising digital presence and overseeing the future hire of a Content Executive.

• Own and manage the content calendar and campaign strategy across all digital channels

• Write, edit, and produce compelling content that showcases safaris across Sub-Saharan Africa

• Drive organic visibility through SEO best practice and content optimisation

• Oversee social media strategy, including posting, engagement, and analysis

• Liaise with the founder to reflect brand tone and identity across all platforms

• Analyse and report on campaign and website performance using digital tools

• Coordinate with PR, media partners, and freelancers where needed

• Ensure all marketing outputs align with luxury brand standards

• Recruit, train, and lead a future Content Executive

Experience Required:

Please note: For this role you must have a passion for sub-Saharan Africa including significant travel to the area.

• Proven experience in a content-led marketing role, ideally in luxury travel

• Passion for Sub-Saharan Africa – must have travelled in the region and understand its appeal

• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with content examples to share

• Confident in SEO, digital strategy, and performance analysis

• Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva or similar

• Ambitious, self-motivated and excited to take on a leadership opportunity

• Ideally holding or studying towards a formal marketing qualification (e.g. CIM or similar)
