Job summary

Condé Nast in London is seeking a Content Coordinator to manage member profiles, subscriptions, imagery, and SEO across The List and TAB platforms. The role spans coordination with editorial, online, and production teams to ensure daily site and social media operations run smoothly.

You will craft content, support newsletters and events, and help produce the annual directory while maintaining high standards of detail and organization.

Qualifications

• Organised and able to manage multiple platforms and tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience with content management systems and design tools.
• Proactive in SEO and storytelling for luxury/lifestyle content.

Responsibilities

• Manage subscriptions and promotional badges for all members.
• Update member profiles, imagery, and copy; daily CMS tasks.
• SEO optimization for member profiles and directory entries.
• Collaborate with Commercial, editorial, and digital teams on campaigns.
• Coordinate events and member-related collaborations.
• Support newsletters, social media, and calendar of activities.
• Coordinate production of The List's annual printed directory.
• Generate content for social platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Troubleshoot and ensure smooth daily operations.
