Job summary

Strathberry is seeking a Production Coordinator for Luxury Leather Accessories & Textiles in Edinburgh. You will manage end-to-end production operations, critical paths, supplier relationships, POs, costs and delivery schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget, quality products.

The role requires coordinating with UK and Spain teams, resolution of production issues, and maintaining accurate reporting. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working from our Edinburgh Townhouse.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar production role, preferably leather goods.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines; excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the production critical path and milestones.
• Raise and manage purchase orders; monitor costs and delivery dates.
• Coordinate supplier/workshop actions and resolve production issues.
• Maintain production trackers and reporting across systems.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Materials, Finance and Logistics.
