Strathberry, the UK luxury brand, is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor for its London boutique. Reporting to the Retail Store Manager, you will lead the shop floor, drive sales performance and ensure exceptional customer service, upholding the brand’s luxury standards.
This full-time, permanent role is onsite in London, with a 40-hour week across a rotating schedule. You’ll coach a small team, manage stock and CRM activities, and contribute to brand storytelling and store performance.

Reporting to the Retail Store Manager, the Retail Store Supervisor will support the Retail Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Supervisor leads by example on the shop floor, provides guidance to the retail team, and ensures the boutique operates smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of brand representation.
This is a full-time, permanent position based onsite at our London retail location. Working 5 shifts a week on a rotating shift pattern, equating to 40 hours over a 7-day week.
