Job summary

Strathberry is seeking a Production Coordinator to join the Design Production & Merchandising team in Edinburgh. This six‑month fixed‑term contract requires coordinating end‑to‑end production operations, managing critical paths, supplier relationships, POs, costs and delivery schedules to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, quality outputs.

You will work across internal teams and external partners, resolving production issues and supporting process improvements within a hybrid setup with three fixed days

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar production role in leather goods.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the production Critical Path to hit milestones.
• Coordinate PO creation, costs, delivery dates, and supplier data.
• Track production progress from order to finished goods delivery.
• Support QA, cost tracking and post-production reconciliation.
• Liaise with UK workshops and Spain team to resolve issues.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting across systems.
