Job summary

Dallas Burston Polo Club Hotel is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our newly opening 41-bedroom luxury hotel on the Polo Club estate in Warwickshire. You will ensure spotless rooms, public areas, and consistent high standards of cleanliness to delight guests.

You will work as part of a friendly team, showing attention to detail, reliability, and a courteous attitude toward guests. Training and development opportunities are available in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hotel environment preferred.
• Ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in bedrooms, corridors, function rooms and public areas.
• Assist in daily cleaning of assigned rooms and public areas to high standards.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up until resolved.
• Provide courteous and proactive service to guests to enhance satisfaction.
• Log and secure guest property and assist with guest complaints when needed.
• Attend all health and safety and food safety training as directed.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and safe work practices.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by the Line Manager.
