You will be part of a team ensuring guest satisfaction, handling requests, and following hotel standards, with opportunities for professional growth and night-shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• Have worked in a hotel or accommodation services business.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy it.
• Able to work independently and self-motivated to complete tasks.
• Flexible for night shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests with warm, friendly service and keeps the hotel presented for morning guests.
• Ensure revenue is charged correctly and keys are kept securely.
• Carry out morning call service and deliver newspapers as required.
• Support cleaning of public areas, bars and function rooms as requested.
• Serve drinks and light refreshments during the night per guest requests.
• Check in/out guests using the PMS system and log incidents as needed.
• Ensure fire safety procedures and documentation are maintained.
