Qualifications

• Experience in front of house or guest-facing role in a luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to handle cash and balance a float.
• Comfort using hotel management software (OPERA).

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming impression for every guest.
• Manage the full guest journey from pre-arrival to post-stay.
• Build relationships with guests, including VIPs and repeats.
• Provide attentive, friendly service reflecting Nobu standards.
• Answer inquiries and follow up promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a tidy, presentable reception area with materials.
• Be immaculately presented in uniform at all times.
• Use OPERA to capture and manage guest information.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised experiences.
• Handle cashiering duties and manage a personal float accurately.
• Log and follow up on issues; uphold safety and access control.
