Job summary

Bowood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the Restaurant & Bars team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting.

The role involves supervising day-to-day operations, driving service excellence, and supporting training and development for the team. Live-in accommodation is available; 40 hours per week, 5 days from 7 on a rota, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in a hotel Food & Beverage department.
• Experience delivering service in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Restaurant & Bars operation to ensure high service standards.
• Lead and motivate the F&B team during service.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and maintain presentation standards.
• Co-ordinate with events and outlets to support business needs.
• Support training and development for team members.
