Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for a luxury country hotel in Bridport. You will lead the F&B team, ensuring exceptional service and guest experiences in a hands-on role.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years in a luxury hotel or restaurant, be comfortable with POS systems, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Evening and weekend work is required, with excellent career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience within a luxury or high-end hotel or restaurant.
• Experience leading a team in a hospitality setting.
• Strong customer-focused approach and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the F&B team across the operation, ensuring excellent service and developing standards.
• Assist with stock control, financial procedures and efficient use of resources.
• Implement SOPs and maintain consistent standards across the operation.
• Lead team training to develop technical skills and high service levels.
• Drive upselling across food, beverage, activities and events to support revenue.
