You will oversee performance, profitability, guest engagement, stock control, and safety, while delivering an exceptional guest experience in a refined setting.

Qualifikationen

• Previous F&B management experience in hotel industry (min 2 years).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cocktail and mixology knowledge.
• Must have Zonal PMS experience and drive revenue with commercial team.
• Exceptional customer service and sales focus.
• Strong cost control and business awareness.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Undertake Duty Manager responsibilities on rota.
• Participate in regular fire drills and team communication.
