Iconic Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Duty Manager for our award-winning property Chewton Glen in Hampshire. You will play a key role in ensuring guest well-being and maintaining high host presence to ensure smooth hotel operations on duty.

Responsibilities include shift preparation with hotel knowledge, VIP guest handling, welcoming guests, and guiding guests to prompt service. Accommodation options and employee perks are part of the package.

• Keen eye for detail, organisational skills and confident in communicating with the team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure you are prepared for every shift with faultless hotel knowledge.
• Attend daily briefings to learn about special occasions, requirements and VIP guests.
• Welcome and bid farewell to visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Ensure all guests receive prompt service and guidance.
• Handle guest requirements, special requests and complaints confidently.
• Oversee smooth running of all departments during your shift.
