Hallmark Luxury Care Homes in Bromsgrove is seeking a Hospitality Services Manager to lead a diverse team and collaborate with Housekeeping, Kitchen, Laundry and Care staff to deliver luxury hospitality in a warm, safe environment.

This permanent, full-time role offers development and a balanced schedule with weekends on a rota, along with a competitive salary and attractive benefits. You’ll drive service excellence in a premium care setting.

Qualificações

• Experience leading hospitality teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and revenue-awareness capability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strong leadership and inspire the team to deliver outstanding hospitality services in a safe, hygienic environment.
• Coordinate between Housekeeping, Kitchen, Laundry, Maintenance and Care teams to uphold environmental standards.
• Engage with residents to champion their experience and manage expectations from feedback.
• Control costs and identify revenue opportunities to support budget management.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and Kitchen team to present five-star restaurant standards and service.
