You will supervise housekeeping, food service, and guest experience, while promoting a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and excellent communication with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as Hospitality Services Manager in hospitality sector.
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Budgeting, revenue proposals, and forecasting experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to team ensuring outstanding hospitality services in safe environment.
• Coordinate between housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and care teams to uphold standards.
• Engage with residents, manage expectations, and incorporate feedback.
• Control costs and identify revenue opportunities for budgets.
• Collaborate with chef and kitchen team to present five-star service.
