Qualifications

• Previous experience as Hospitality Services Manager within hospitality sector.
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and motivate the team to deliver outstanding hospitality services in a safe, hygienic environment.
• Coordinate between housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and care teams to uphold environmental standards.
• Build relationships with residents and manage their experience by acting on feedback.
• Manage costs and identify revenue opportunities to support budget management.
• Collaborate with the chef and kitchen team to present restaurants to a five-star standard and deliver exceptional service.
