Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is assisting a luxury hospitality group in Chelsea, Central London, to recruit an Assistant Maintenance Technician.

You will perform planned maintenance across a prestigious complex, with light electrical, plumbing and painting work, on a 5-day, 40-hour week, with occasional weekends and a rota.

Offering £30,000–£32,000 plus a bonus, 30 days holiday and clear progression to Engineer as you develop.

Qualifications

• Experience as Maintenance Technician or Handyperson in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Mostly planned maintenance within a luxurious complex of apartments.
• Light electrical, appliances, plumbing and painting work.
• Communicate with a variety of staff and clients.
• 5 days on 2 days off, 40-hour week (occasional Saturdays or Sundays)
