Park Plaza Westminster in London is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to support the Chief Engineer, oversee daily engineering operations, and drive the preventative maintenance program to keep guest rooms and facilities running smoothly.

You will lead and develop the engineering team, ensure compliance across hotel assets, and drive efficiency and high service levels in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel engineering operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Engineer in delivering departmental objectives and budgets.
• Oversee daily Engineering operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead and develop the engineering team.
• Assist in the delivery of the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, outstanding work orders, and department performance; implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiencies and reduce downtime.
• Maintain hotel assets to protect the long-term value of the property.
