Ernest Gordon Recruitment is assisting a luxury hospitality group in Chelsea, Central London, to recruit an Assistant Maintenance Technician.

You will perform planned maintenance across a prestigious complex, with light electrical, plumbing and painting work, on a 5-day, 40-hour week, with occasional weekends and a rota.

Offering £30,000–£32,000 plus a bonus, 30 days holiday and clear progression to Engineer as you develop.

Are you a Maintenance Technician, Handyperson or DIY specialist with a background within the luxury sector looking for a permanent, days-based position that offers further training to progress into a Maintenance Engineering position?

Do you want to work for a prestigious business who pride themselves on there portfolio of 5 star accommodation, offering no night work and weekend cover rotation?

In this role you will be servicing 5 star accommodation, carrying out routine preventative light maintenance to the buildings facilities. This will be general building maintenance like light electrical work, plumbing and painting. You will work a 5-day rota and be required to work occasional weekends.
