Job summary

The Connaught Hotel in London is seeking a talented Restaurant Guest Relations Manager to join the Hélène Darroze team in delivering personalised and memorable experiences for our guests. You will manage VIP experiences, guest profiles and uphold the hotel’s world-class standards in a 5-Star, luxury setting.

Ideal candidates will have experience in guest relations or luxury hospitality, with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest relations, reception or reservations in luxury hospitality.
• Experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant or five-star hotel preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and personalised service.
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP, regular and returning guests.
• Manage guest feedback, requests and special occasions.
• Collaborate with Reservations and Restaurant teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences.
• Uphold world-class service standards.
