Job summary

Maybourne Hotel Group at The Connaught, a 5-Star Deluxe hotel, seeks a talented Guest Relations Manager to join Hélène Darroze at The Connaught.

You will deliver personalised, intuitive guest experiences, manage VIP events and work with Reservations and Restaurant teams to ensure a seamless journey for every guest. This role requires experience in luxury hospitality, superb communication, and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guest Relations, Reception, Reservations or a similar luxury hospitality role.
• Experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant or five-star hotel preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a talented and passionate full-timeGuest Relations Manager to join Helene Derrozze team at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe Connaught Hotel.

Department:

Hélène Darroze at The Connaught, our Three Michelin Star restaurant is seeking an exceptional Guest Relations Manager to deliver personalised, intuitive and memorable experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for building strong guest relationships, managing VIP experiences and ensuring the highest standards of luxury hospitality at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and personalised service.
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP, regular and returning guests.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
