Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in London seeks a Host to support the sales team and deliver a seamless client journey at our New Bond Street boutique. The ideal candidate has luxury front-of-house or high-end hospitality experience and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.

Candidates must be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) with Monday to Sunday flexibility, and have the right to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous front-of-house or luxury customer service experience.
• Experience delivering service excellence in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Ability to build connections with clients and VIPs through storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers entering the boutique and recognize regulars and VIPs.
• Understand customer needs and orientate them in the boutique.
• Act as an ambassador, explaining the brand, history and pieces.
• Assist with personalised services and respond promptly to needs.
• Remember customer preferences and maintain privacy and confidentiality.
• Provide the highest standard of service at all times and collaborate with the sales team.
• Carry out additional duties as directed by management.
