You’ll welcome guests with warmth, maintain immaculate spaces, and coordinate daily rhythms from breakfast to turndown.

Qualifications

• Natural flair for hosting and creating memorable guest journeys.
• Impeccable attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Confident working solo and within a close-knit team.
• Willingness to embrace a varied role across hosting, housekeeping, reception and events.

Responsibilities

• Host guests with warmth, guiding them from arrival to departure.
• Coordinate breakfast service, housekeeping movements, afternoon tea, spa schedules and guest requests.
• Assist with events and private occasions, ensuring flawless execution and thoughtful details.
• Work with Front Office, Spa, Estates and Housekeeping to uphold luxury standards.
