The Torridon is a luxury, independent hotel located in the North West Highlands of Scotland. We are seeking an exceptional Front of House Manager to lead our guest-facing team and ensure an outstanding guest experience from pre-arrival to post-stay follow-up.

You will oversee the full guest journey, coach and support the Front of House team, and work closely with other departments to deliver seamless, personalised stays in a world-class environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced hospitality leader with a strong understanding of luxury guest service.
• Forbes trained or equivalent credentials preferred.
• Able to lead by example and cultivate a high-performing team culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full guest journey from pre-arrival to post-stay follow-up.
• Lead, coach and support the Front of House team to deliver faultless service.
• Collaborate with departments across the hotel to ensure seamless, personal stays.
