Soho House in Central London is seeking a Receptionist to deliver seamless front-of-house service and welcome members and guests from arrival. You will manage reservations, answer inquiries, and coordinate day-to-day club operations with discretion and elegance.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years’ front desk experience in luxury hospitality or private clubs, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining a warm, guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a front desk role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or private members clubs.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in reservation systems (Opera, OpenTable, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume phone lines and calls for reservations and inquiries.
• Welcome members and guests, manage guest list and coat check.
• Maintain knowledge of facilities, events, and policies.
• Support management with new hires and training in Soho Standards.
• Provide guest-first service and discreet problem solving.
