Soho House in London is seeking a Receptionist to deliver premium front-of-house service and coordinate daily club operations. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, setting a discreet, welcoming tone from arrival.

The role requires a polished, guest-focused approach, strong communications, and experience in luxury hospitality. You’ll work with the team to ensure exceptional service and seamless guest experiences across the venue.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a front desk role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or private members clubs.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and manage phone lines and inquiries.
• Answer high-volume calls for restaurant, reservations, inquiries, and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and coat check.
• Support Guest List duties on the floor, club, or Rooftop as applicable.
• Train new hires on Soho Standards and daily service steps.
• Keep updated knowledge of facilities, events, and policies.
