You will handle high‑volume phone inquiries for reservations and events, maintain a welcoming reception, and assist with guest lists, staff coordination, and onboarding. A 2–3 year front desk background in luxury hospitality or private clubs, strong communication, and familiarity with Opera/OpenTable are

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a front desk role in luxury settings.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or private members clubs.
• Proficient with reservation systems (Opera/OpenTable or equivalent).
• Calm, guest-first mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every member and guest by name when local.
• Answer high‑volume phone lines for reservations, events and inquiries.
• Be well‑versed on Q&A regarding menus, hours, and amenities.
• Maintain a clean and safe reception area and coat check.
• Perform guest list duties on the floor, club, or Rooftop.
• Support and train new hires on Soho standards and daily procedures.
• Keep updated on facilities, events, and policies to inform guests confidently.
