Be Keen Limited, based at London’s Selfridges, seeks confident Luxury Fragrance Consultants to turn fragrance into memorable experiences for an international clientele. You will deliver personalised consultations, showcase niche fragrance houses through storytelling, and build lasting client relationships within a premium retail environment.

You will work with luxury brands, support launches and events, and collaborate across teams to maintain exceptional presentation and stock availability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fragrance, beauty, luxury retail or another premium customer-facing environment.
• Interest in niche perfumery and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with international clientele.
• Commercial mindset with ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Deliver personalised fragrance consultations.
• Bring fragrance houses to life through product knowledge and storytelling.
• Achieve sales targets through authentic, commercially focused service.
• Build lasting client relationships and develop a loyal customer portfolio.

• Maintain high standards of presentation, visual merchandising and stock.
• Work collaboratively with store teams, managers and brand partners.
• Support launches, events and key retail moments at Selfridges and Harrods.
