Job summary
BaxterStorey in Oxford is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to lead luxury hospitality for a flagship campus opening in Autumn 2026. You will shape the guest journey from day one, delivering five-star service and a flawless dining proposition across all F&B touchpoints.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will mentor a high-performing team, engage with VIP guests and international visitors, and uphold impeccable standards in a demanding, premium environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in five-star hotel, luxury restaurant, premium events venue, or similar high-end hospitality.
- Passion for luxury service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to impeccable standards; confident with VIP guests.
- Hands-on leadership style; calm, professional and solution-focused in demanding environments.
- Desire to elevate standards and create memorable moments for every guest.
