BaxterStorey is seeking a Hospitality Manager in London to lead day-to-day hospitality operations for meetings, conferences, and VIP events. You will ensure service excellence, food presentation, and safety standards while managing budgets and a high-performing team.

The role requires strong client relationship skills, budget discipline, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a premium environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality management.
• Experience managing P&L budgets and financial targets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospitality operations for meetings, conferences, events and VIP functions.
• Maintain high standards of service, food presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
• Lead and develop the hospitality team; conduct training and performance reviews.
• Manage budgets, labour, food costs and expenditure; produce periodic reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
