Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service as Chef de Rang, maintaining The Ritz London’s standards.
• Fully converse with all menu items, ingredients, presentation, and availability; upsell where relevant.
• Take guests’ orders, communicate with kitchen and sommelier team, and ensure unparalleled food, beverage, and service experiences.
