LGH Hotels Management Limited is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for St Martins Lane, a Morgans Originals hotel in Covent Garden. You will oversee bar, restaurant, cafe, M&E and in-room dining, leading a passionate team committed to exceptional guest experiences and 5* service.

We require a proven track record in hospitality supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to plan, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multi-outlet F&B operation in a luxury/hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills to develop and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with high standards of presentation.
