Sette, located in the Bvlgari Hotel London, Knightsbridge, seeks an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to uphold luxury service standards and lead the shift with confidence. You will supervise both restaurant and back-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience.

You will oversee billing and cashiering, support administrative tasks, and stay actively present on the floor to guide the team and guest interactions. Experience in Michelin‑level or luxury settings is valued.

Formación

• Experience in supervisory roles within luxury hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong English language and guest-focused service.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee both restaurant and back-of-house areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety and organisation.
• Assist with ordering and administrative procedures; manage billing and cashiering to required standards.
• Maintain an active floor presence to engage guests and lead the team by example.
• Deputise for managers during openings/closings of the restaurant.
• Review and implement service standards, support revenue maximisation and develop guest loyalty.
