Job summary

Loveday & Co is seeking a Relationship Partner to guide prospective Members and their families through our bespoke discovery journey, building trust and showcasing our luxury care and lifestyle offering.

You will drive occupancy and revenue by converting enquiries into Members, using consultative sales, rapport, and a personalised approach. Experience in luxury property or premium membership services is ideal.

Qualifications

• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury membership, property sales, hospitality, or high-end customer service.
• Proven ability to convert high-value leads through relationship building and confident presentation.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales lifecycle from enquiry to move-in, including initial contact, hosting tours, follow-ups, and overseeing assessments and reservations.
• Champion the Loveday brand as a trusted, knowledgeable and empathetic advisor.
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager, clinical and lifestyle teams to ensure a seamless handover and exceptional Member experience.
• Build relationships with key referral partners including healthcare professionals, private client advisers and community stakeholders to drive qualified enquires and promote awareness of Loveday.
• Proactively maintain CRM data (Salesforce) to ensure accurate lead tracking, next steps, and pipeline reporting.
• Support the wider Relationship team with events, open days and community engagement opportunities to strengthen our local presence.
