Loveday & Co is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Assistant in London to lead Members in meaningful activities while preserving their independence, choice and dignity. You will support a luxurious senior living environment that blends five-star hospitality with compassionate care.

You’ll work with the Lifestyle Coordinator, families and staff to create engaging programmes, communicate effectively, and ensure residents enjoy a safe, vibrant daily life.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lifestyle Coordinator to identify social and recreational needs by communicating with Members, families and friends.
• Liaise with staff and relatives about care and activities that are beneficial, enjoyable and stimulating.
• Help produce monthly, weekly and daily activity programmes and advertise them in the home.
